Scope of mentor support.
What mentors cannot guarantee.
Mentor access, session frequency, response times, and feedback formats vary by programme and plan. Mentors provide guidance and feedback; they do not guarantee interviews, offers, or specific career outcomes. Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions.
Standards for mentor engagement.
Mentors are expected to uphold clear standards of professionalism, respectful communication, and constructive feedback. Concerns can be raised with the support team at any time.
