The guarantee is not a promise of employment from a particular employer, at a particular salary, or by a particular date. Employers independently control interview, compensation, sponsorship, and hiring decisions.
2.When the 120 days begin
Campaign activation occurs after the customer completes onboarding, provides the required materials, confirms campaign preferences, and approves JobsLadder to begin the agreed campaign activity. The activation date is visible inside the customer workspace.
The 120-day period does not begin at checkout, at payment, at registration, or when account access is first provided.
Your six-month service period also begins on the activation date, and continues after the 120-day guarantee window closes.
Check your guarantee dates
Enter your campaign activation date to see both timelines. The same dates, your current eligibility status, and any outstanding actions are displayed in your JobsLadder workspace.
3.Eligible plans
The following plans may be eligible:
- Plus Plan
- Advanced Plan
- Pro Plan
The plan must have been purchased directly through an authorized JobsLadder checkout and must display guarantee eligibility at the time of purchase.
Add-ons, unrelated services, third-party charges, and services not specifically marked as eligible are not included in the guarantee refund.
4.Eligibility requirements
To remain eligible for a guarantee remedy:
- The customer purchased a plan identified as eligible for the guarantee
- The customer completed onboarding accurately and on time
- The customer supplied a current resume and any other reasonably required materials
- The customer approved campaign activation
- The customer remained responsive to interview requests and important JobsLadder messages
- The customer maintained accurate availability, work authorization, location, salary, sponsorship, and role preferences
- The customer did not materially restrict or pause the campaign for an extended period
- The customer completed any clearly stated customer responsibilities shown in the workspace
- The customer did not reject a qualifying job offer and then request a guarantee refund
- The refund request is submitted through the designated process within the published claim window
There are no hidden requirements. Every requirement affecting eligibility is published here before checkout and remains available throughout the plan.
5.What counts as a qualifying job offer
A qualifying job offer is a genuine written offer of paid employment from an independent employer that substantially matches the customer's approved role, location, work arrangement, compensation, work authorization, and sponsorship preferences recorded at campaign activation.
The following do not automatically qualify:
- Internships and unpaid work
- Fraudulent, non-genuine, or unverifiable offers
- Unrelated roles outside the approved role criteria
- Offers materially outside the approved location, compensation, work arrangement, or work-authorization criteria
A written offer that meets the approved criteria counts as a qualifying offer even if the customer chooses not to accept it.
An offer already received before campaign activation does not count toward the guarantee.
6.Pauses and campaign changes
A customer may request a temporary pause for travel, health, family obligations, work-authorization changes, or another reasonable circumstance. An approved pause extends the guarantee end date by the length of the pause.
A major change in role, seniority, location, compensation, or work authorization may require a revised campaign strategy, and JobsLadder may adjust the guarantee end date when a substantial change materially alters the original search.
Any change to the guarantee timeline is shown clearly in the customer's workspace.
7.How to request a guarantee review
- Sign in to the JobsLadder workspace.
- Open Guarantee & Plan Terms.
- Select Request Guarantee Review.
- Confirm that the eligibility requirements were completed.
- Submit the request and any reasonably required supporting information.
- Review the status and decision displayed in the workspace.
Requests may be submitted after the 120-day guarantee period ends and within 14 calendar days after that date. Your service continues during and after the review.

If you cannot access the workspace, write to support@jobsladder.org and the support team will open the review for you.
8.How claims are reviewed
JobsLadder will review:
- The plan purchase and eligibility
- The campaign activation date
- Onboarding completion
- Campaign participation and responsiveness
- Recorded target criteria
- Interview and offer records
- Approved pauses or timeline adjustments
- Any information supplied with the request
An approved claim results in a refund of the eligible JobsLadder plan fee actually paid, initiated through the original payment method, plus the additional $1,000 Confidence Commitment payment described below. The guarantee does not reimburse unrelated expenses, lost income, travel expenses, or third-party services.
Where more information is needed, the customer is given a reasonable opportunity to provide it before a decision is made. Reviews are generally completed within 14 business days of receiving a complete request.
9.The additional $1,000 Confidence Commitment payment
When a guarantee claim is approved, the customer receives a full refund of the eligible plan fee and an additional $1,000 Confidence Commitment payment. The Confidence Commitment is a contractual service commitment tied to the published eligibility requirements. It is not a prize, contest entry, reward, sweepstakes, lottery, bonus, or automatic payment, and purchasing a plan alone does not qualify a customer for it.
- Paid only after a guarantee claim is reviewed and approved
- Issued by bank transfer or another supported electronic payment method to the verified customer of record
- Generally processed within 30 calendar days of claim approval
- Limited to one $1,000 Confidence Commitment payment per customer, per campaign, per household, and per plan purchased
- Not transferable, not exchangeable, and not payable in addition to any other JobsLadder promotional remedy for the same campaign
- Unavailable where payment would be restricted by applicable law, sanctions, or payment-network limitations in the customer's country of residence
Customers are responsible for any taxes applicable to the Confidence Commitment payment in their jurisdiction and for providing accurate payment and identity details required to complete the transfer.
10.Relationship to the Refund Policy
The standard Refund Policy applies to cancellations, billing errors, service issues, and requests made outside the guarantee claim window.
The 120-Day Job Offer Guarantee, including the additional $1,000 Confidence Commitment payment, applies only after an eligible customer completes the 120-day assessment period and the published requirements.
11.Questions
